What speed setting should I use for live content?
Euroleague TV features adaptive streaming, which automatically assesses the quality of your internet connection and adjusts the quality of the stream sent to the live player accordingly. As and when your connection speed lowers, the live player detects this and reduces the quality of the feed to ensure your viewing is not interrupted.
If this regularly affects the quality of your feed, you can choose to maunally override adaptive streaming and select your preferred viewing speed. This is managed within the live player. Simply click on the 'Speed' icon within the user controls and manually select a lower speed. We recommend testing various speeds to find one best suited to your connection and device.
If you experience issues with streaming quality, please contact our Customer Services team via the Live Chat service on site or by email at customerservices@performgroup.com
Our Customer Services staff will aspire to improve your experience as soon as possible.
