ZALGIRISKAUNAS 2016-04-01 continuous
One of basketball’s oldest rivalries resumed Friday in the Russian capital where CSKA Moscow hosted Zalgiris Kaunas at MegaSport Arena. The visitors played confident early and led by as many as 10 in the second half. CSKA rallied back, but still trailed by 1 at the break. However a 14-3 start to the second half led by Nando De Colo put CSKA in control for good. Zalgiris fought hard until the closing minutes, but the hosts proved to be too strong and claimed a 100-86 victory, which also guaranteed CKSA home-court advantage in the playoffs. De Colo finished with 26 points and 7 rebounds to lead CSKA.
